Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich are selling their Brisbane investment property.

THE former Bachelor-turned-fitness guru Tim Robards and his wife, Anna Heinrich, have listed their Brisbane investment property for sale — and it may already be taken.

The couple — who fell in love on the 2013 inaugural series of The Bachelor Australia — are taking advantage of the city's red hot property market and advertising for 'buyers in the $700,000s' for their Murarrie townhouse in the city's eastern suburbs.

Tim Robards and Anna Heinrich have put their townhouse in Brisbane's Murarrie on the market.

The luxurious, three-level, three-bedroom townhome with a private courtyard is in the Portavilla complex at 31 Murarrie Road, Murarrie.

Robards and Heinrich bought the property brand new when it was built for $630,000 in 2016.

It has been advertised as having a potential rental income of $600 per week.

The townhouse boasts a large entertaining deck.

Rebecca Russell of Place Estate Agents said the property attracted 13 groups and multiple offers at its first open for inspection last weekend.

Ms Russell said an offer had been accepted but was not yet unconditional.

She said all the interest was from local buyers struggling to get a house in the current market.

Ms Russell hinted Robards and Heinrich may be selling to free up some cash to upgrade to a larger property in Sydney to accommodate their growing family.

The property is close to Cannon Hill Kmart Plaza, Murarrie Recreation Ground's bikeways, the Cannon Hill train station and plenty of shopping and dining options.

It also falls within the Murarrie State School and Balmoral State High School catchment areas.

This is the second property the couple has bought together.

They own their current home together — a three-bedroom, art deco apartment which cost $1.9 million in Sydney's Rose Bay.

The townhouse has a private courtyard.

Heinrich recently went off-grid to film season three of SAS Australia, while Robards has been busy working on his fitness empire for his fitness app company, The Robards Method.

Together they have a one-year-old daughter, Elle.

Records show Robards has also just listed for rent a four-bedroom townhouse that he owns in Aspley, on Brisbane's northside.

The townhouse has a potential rental income of $600 per week.

He paid $452,500 for the two-level, modern property in 2016.

It is on the market for lease for $480 a week with Raine & Horne.

Features include a covered alfresco area, double garage, a courtyard, a modern kitchen, two bathrooms and a powder room.
